Ted was charged with 7 hits and 6 runs before he left after 3 and a third innings. The home run came on a full-count fastball to one of the Diamondbacks 4 rookie starters, even though one of them with 32 regular-season homers.The Chicago Cubs fans, who considered the team to be among the favorites in this series, despite winning 5 fewer games than Arizona, seem to have misjudged the Diamondbacks’ pitching, defense, and determination.
