Cubs and Padres will play in the final of the HOF game
The good news for all you Chicago Cub fans is that the tickets are on sale now. You can get them from Wrigley Field or buy them from a reputable on line dealer. Some of the major games will cost more than non-major games. You can also purchase a season ticket right now as well. The league is starting on February 28, while the regular games will start on March 31st. The first game will be against the Brewers.
If you purchase tickets to the games or even a season pass, you will get to see an old familiar face in the play lineup. Jon Lieber is returning to the Cubs for a $3.5 million dollar salary. In 2005, he won sixteen games in Philadelphia.
The Cubs want to sell as many tickets as they possibly can. They are adding around seventy box seats to the arena. These seats will be located around the third base line.
The Cubs are also getting a new general manager. He was once a coach for the Pittsburgh Pirates. His name is Dave Littlefield. He says he is looking forward to a great new season with the Cubs.
So buy some tickets and come on down to the field. You may get lucky and catch a fly ball or two for souvenirs.
