Catcher Soto wins the game for Cubs

The Chicago Cubs catcher Geovany Soto played excellent baseball during the 7-2 win over the Houston Astros last Monday night and the catcher’s three run hit and an inside the park home run was instrumental in the Cubs winning the ninth game of the last 11 games that it has played. Soto said that he did not even dream about hitting the ball as far as he hit and attributed his hitting success to improper pitching by the Astros. This is ninth home run in Soto’s career and is the first catcher to record an inside the park home run in 49 years. This amazing run by the Cubs will augur well for the ticket sales in future games.
