Ramirez form takes Cubs past White Sox

The Chicago Cubs had to rely on two homers from Aramis Ramirez to overcome the White Sox in the Friday’s encounter played in front of a sell out home crowd at the Wrigley Field. The White Sox were up by two runs before the start of the seventh inning. It was Derrek Lee and Aramis Ramirez’s home run of the pitching off Octavio Dotel that tied the game at 3-3 at the end of the seventh. Ramirez home run form continued late in the ninth inning to seal the victory for the Cubs and the sell out crowd enjoyed every bit of the game between the first placed city rivals. The fans will now be rushing to book their tickets well in advance for the Cubs games.
