Cubs Come Out Strong at All Star

After sending a record eight players to the All Star game on Tuesday, it was little surprise that the Cubs players had a dominant role in the game. Despite the fact that two of those eight players were injured, there were still six left to leave their impact on the game. Mentionable in this regard was right-hander Carlos Zambrano. Zambrano was responsible for two shutout innings when the likes of Ian Kinsler were swinging hard, no ordinary feat by any standards. Closer Ryan Dempster sent the game into extra innings just when all seemed lost. “That’s pretty impressive.”, said a fan. Get your tickets for all the Cubs exciting games before they sell out.
