Cubs extend their lead in NL Central

The Chicago Cubs continued their supremacy over Milwaukee Brewers by completing a four game sweep over their arch rivals by winning the final game 11-4 last Thursday and this win has further consolidated their lead position in the NL Central. Jim Edmonds was in top class hitting form in the game as he hit two homers that included a grand slam as well. Rich Harden, the new starter in the Cubs line up, is also coming on well as he has not allowed more than a single run in the four starts he has had for the Cubs. There is no doubt that the tickets for the Cubs games will be always be sold out.
